ISTQB® International Software Testing Excellence Award 2024

We are delighted to confirm that again in 2024, the ISTQB® will be presenting the International Software Testing Excellence Award to the person who has shown an outstanding contribution to the field of software quality. The 2024 Award will reflect the ISTQB® commitment and gratitude to those who have made a significant difference to the testing profession. Importantly, the winner must fulfill the eligibility criteria and will be an individual who is making an outstanding contribution to the wider testing community and beyond the boundaries of their own organization.

Anyone can make a nomination for the Award, which recognizes innovation, research and the promotion of the software testing profession. Nominate your choice for the International Software Testing Excellence Award before the 8th of July 2024!

Please note: Nominations for the ISTQB® International Software Testing Excellence Award can be submitted by anyone (except Award Panel members). Nomination proposals need to be submitted through the Submission Form and need to give clear reasons for the nomination, as well as references that validate the nominee's achievements. Anonymous and self-nomination proposals will not be accepted.

ISTQB® has released two new syllabi for test automation

Today, 12th June 2024, the ISTQB® has released two new syllabi for test automation: version 2.0 of the updated Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineering Syllabus (CTAL-TAE v2.0) and version 1.0 of the new Certified Tester Specialist Test Automation Strategy Syllabus (CT-TAS v1.0) following a successful vote for release at the recent ISTQB® General Assembly meeting in Budapest, Hungary.

ISTQB® Working Group New Chairs and Vice Chairs announced!

The ISTQB® General Assembly met recently in Budapest, Hungary, and held elections for new chairs and vacant vice-chair positions for its working groups. The results have been officially approved, and we want to express our sincere appreciation and congratulations to all individuals involved!
