21st April 2023, ISTQB® General Assembly Wroclaw, Poland – New Member Board for Lithuania!

The ISTQB® General Assembly meeting in Wrolaw, Poland voted to admit the Lithuanian Software Testing Qualifications Board (LTSTQB) as the 68th ISTQB® Member Board!

Dmitrij Nikolajev, President, and Mantas Aniulis, Vice President of the Lithuanian Software Testing Qualifications Board presented the new board’s mission to promote testing knowledge and education, to grow testing competence, and to increase the number of certified software testing professionals in Lithuania.

ISTQB® President Olivier Denoo commented, “We are thrilled to welcome this new board to the ISTQB® family; we can clearly see their commitment to promoting the ISTQB® CertifiedTester Scheme and, moreover, inspiring the testing community in Lithuania”.

ISTQB® has released two new syllabi for test automation

Today, 12th June 2024, the ISTQB® has released two new syllabi for test automation: version 2.0 of the updated Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineering Syllabus (CTAL-TAE v2.0) and version 1.0 of the new Certified Tester Specialist Test Automation Strategy Syllabus (CT-TAS v1.0) following a successful vote for release at the recent ISTQB® General Assembly meeting in Budapest, Hungary.
