
At a ceremony following the ISTQB® General Assembly meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark, Janet Gregory, internationally recognized author, speaker, and thought leader in software quality and agile testing, was honored with the ISTQB® Software Testing Excellence Award. The award recognizes her exceptional contributions to advancing software quality and testing worldwide.
The ISTQB® Software Testing Excellence Award celebrates individuals who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and long-term commitment to improving the practice and perception of software testing. Recipients are chosen for their influence on the global testing community, their role in shaping industry standards, and their dedication to helping teams deliver better software through collaboration and continuous learning.
With more than thirty years of experience in software quality management and process improvement, including twenty-five years focused on helping teams transition to agile software development, Janet has supported organizations around the world in building effective, quality-driven systems.
As an accomplished author, she has co-written several influential books on software testing and agile quality practices that have shaped how teams approach building better products. Her workshops and training programs have further established her as one of the most respected voices in the agile testing and software quality community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Janet has been an active mentor, conference speaker, and community advocate since 2003, sharing her knowledge at international events and freely offering guidance to help others grow in their careers.
